Basic Policies

Elan’s business has undergone three major transformations since its establishment. The Company started as a seller of bedding, then shifted to engage in the bedding recycling business before finally focusing on the hospitalization support (CS Set) business.

We believe that our business will continue to change with the changing times. In this context, there are things that will change (business and operations) and things that must not change (philosophy, guidelines, and policies).

We have summarized these in the “Elan Credo,” and are carrying out various activities to ensure that all employees are familiar with them and that they serve as the foundation of our daily business activities.

We will contribute to the SDGs by continuing to create businesses that can solve the world’s problems to realize a better society and a better planet.
