Company Overview

Working to Create New Business Opportunities

Since our founding in 1995, Elan has been working to resolve issues facing hospital patients and nursing home residents in Japan.

The population in Japan is aging faster than any other country. Elderly citizens (people aged 65 or older) are expected to account for approximately 30% of the population by 2025, and approximately 40% by 2060*. In addition, the average hospital stay in Japan is 29.7 days**, which is by far the longest average stay among the Group of Seven (G7).

Demands in the medical and nursing care industry have started to diversify and we are confident that demand for our CS Sets will increase further in the future. Going forward, we will continue to further enhance our CS Set service and to take on new challenges, striving to continuously improve our corporate value.
