Each section meets every half year to strengthen bonds within the section, and for young employees to serve as organizers and gain experience in leading an internal social gathering to promote growth.<\/p>\n

Spring and Summer Events<\/h3>\n

Employees\u2019 families are also invited to these events, based on the belief that \u201ceach employee\u2019s work is only possible with the support of his or her family.\u201d We hope that they will grow to love and support the Company and their colleagues.<\/p>\n

Company trip<\/h3>\n

Employees develop their perspectives and become more compelling individuals by engaging with unfamiliar values and cultures, and by dedicating 120% of their effort even to leisure activities. Every two years, an event is organized, serving as a platform for this engagement, with employees in their fourth and fifth years at the company taking the lead as organizers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
