We will ensure that all staff in charge of customer service follow these guidelines. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">We will act in accordance with the Basic Policy on Customer Satisfaction and the Action Guidelines for the Customer Service to satisfy our customers and enrich their lives. <\/p>\n<div class=\"signbox\">\n<h3>President and CEO<\/h3>\n<h2>Tomohiro Minezaki<\/h2>\n<p><img class=\"sign\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kkelan.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/elan\/img\/sign_minezaki.png\"><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"wow fadeInUp slow animated\" style=\"visibility: visible; animation-name: fadeInUp;\">\n<h2>\n<p class=\"underline\">Initiatives<span class=\"jp\">Initiatives to Enhance Customer Satisfaction<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<p class=\"text\">On November 24, 2023, ELAN Corporation announced its compliance with the international standard ISO 10002 (Quality  management\u2014Customer satisfaction\u2014Guidelines for complaints handling in organizations)*.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">Additionally, as of December 18, 2024, we received a &#8220;Third-Party Opinion Statement&#8221; from the Association of Consumer Affairs Professionals (ACAP). This statement affirms that our customer response system meets the requirements of ISO 10002, demonstrating our dedication to upholding international standards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">We will continue to listen to the voice of customers, be attentive to their needs and wishes, and promote initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">*ISO10002<br \/>\nAn international standard for complaints management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in July 2004, ISO 10002 provides organizations with guidelines for establishing and operating complaints handling processes.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"wow fadeInUp slow animated\" style=\"visibility: visible; animation-name: fadeInUp;\">\n<h2>\n<p class=\"underline\">Basic Policyon Customer Satisfaction<span class=\"jp\"><\/span><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<p class=\"text\">Our management principle is to satisfy customers and enrich their lives.
